Great situation, pretty hotel and garden but very tired and desperately needing renovation. The bathroom tiles looked like they had been regrouted by a 5-year old. The breakfasts were good, the serving staff charming but it wasn’t super classy

We just got back from Turkey yesterday and we stayed here. The hotel is really beautiful. We had the seaview and blue mosque view room. The room was lovely and they clean it nice everyday. The only thing that was a bit of problem was the weak wifi signal. But other than that it was a lovely stay. I want to commend their staff, all of them were nice. But the most genuine staff members were Ayman from breakfast who was genuinely helpful and accommodating. And big kudos to Sedat in reception for genuinely helping us and making our stay very nice, he answered all our questions and even helped us out booking a taxi to the airport. I work in hotels too and sometimes it’s hard to get genuine staff like them so we really appreciate it. Please give them a promotion. These people made us want to go back. The location is really nice. You can get the sea view and blue mosque view. But be very careful with all the tourist traps around the area. There’s a lot of scammers around.

From the second we stepped out of our transfer, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 60 Euro transfer was excellent and organised by the hotel. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a homely feel, not a big corporate brand. Our room was small, but perfectly adequate and our balcony had a wonderful view of both nearby Mosques and the Bosporus river. The gardens at the entrance look directly onto the blue Mosque, and the call to prayer between them is a reminder of how central you are. A lovely bazaar is 30 seconds across from the main entrance and lots of great restaurants and tram 🚊 stops are about a 10 minute walk away, as are lots of other sights and shops. The inclusive breakfast was very nice and the evening hotel restaurant was really welcoming with good food too. The staff have all been terrific 🤗

absolutely fantastic location, one of the best in my world wide travels. Great balcony with amazing views of the Blue Mosque and the ocean, especially at night. Great outside Turkish pedestrian shopping mall, literally, a 1 minute walk or about 50 meters from the hotel. Negative - small room, but would definitely stay there again in the small room because of the amazing location. No elevator, but staff took or luggage up to the 3rd floor

We paid for a ocean view room and was offered a regular as the ocean view room had a horrible stench. They refused to reimburse the difference. When asked for the manager I was told there was no manager available. Also, my money went missing from my bag and unfortunately we had no time to go report it as we had to catch our flight! This was a one night stay as we stopped over on our way from Greece. I am so happy to be out of there!!!
